Welcome to EarnGPT (OptionalWorks). By accessing or using our website and application, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Account Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use this service.
• Each user is allowed only one (1) account. Creating multiple accounts will lead to a permanent ban of all associated accounts.
• You must provide accurate information during registration (Google Login).

2. Prohibited Activities (Strict Rules)

To maintain the integrity of our offerwall, the following actions are strictly prohibited:

• VPN/Proxy: Using any VPN, Proxy, or IP-masking tool is forbidden. Our system detects these automatically.
• Bots/Scripts: Use of automated scripts, bots, or software to complete tasks is a violation of our terms.
• Fake Information: Providing fake data while completing surveys or offers.
• Ad-Blockers: Using Ad-blockers while completing tasks may result in your leads not being tracked.

3. Offers and Earnings

• Rewards are only credited if our advertisers confirm a "Successful Lead."
• If an advertiser rejects a task for quality reasons, we cannot credit your account.
• Earnings are distributed as: 65% to the User, 5% for Referrals, and 30% for Platform Maintenance.

4. Withdrawals and Payments

• Minimum Limits: Mobile Recharge (20 BDT), bKash (100 BDT), USDT (3 USD).
• Service Fees: bKash withdrawals incur a 10 BDT fee. USDT withdrawals incur a 0.50 USD fee.
• Processing Time: Mobile recharge is processed in 2 minutes, Crypto in 30 minutes, and bKash within 72 hours.
• We reserve the right to delay or deny payments if we suspect fraudulent activity.

5. Referral Program

• You will earn a 5% lifetime commission from the earnings of every user who joins through your referral link.
• Self-referring (creating an account under your own link) is strictly prohibited and will result in a ban.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time without prior notice if you violate any of these terms. In such cases, all accumulated earnings will be forfeited.

7. Changes to Terms

EarnGPT reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
