1. Account Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use this service.
• Each user is allowed strictly one (1) account per person and device. Creating multiple accounts will result in an immediate permanent ban of all associated accounts.
• You must register using authentic Google Authentication credentials.

2. Prohibited Activities (Fraud Policy)

To maintain platform security and protect our advertisers, the following actions are strictly prohibited:

• VPN/Proxy Usage: Using VPNs, Proxies, TOR, or any IP-masking software is strictly forbidden. Fraudulent IP detection is active.
• Automated Bots: Utilizing bots, clickers, or automated scripts to complete offers or tasks.
• Fake Data: Providing false or misleading information when taking surveys or completing offerwall tasks.
• Ad-Blockers: Using ad-blockers while completing tasks may prevent lead tracking and coin distribution.

3. Offers and Earnings

• Coins are credited to your account only after our advertiser networks verify and confirm a successful offer completion (lead).
• If an advertiser rejects a task completion due to low-quality data or fraud, coins will not be credited.

4. Withdrawals and Crypto Payments

• Payout Method: Withdrawals are processed exclusively via supported Cryptocurrency methods (USDT and Binance Pay).
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum payout threshold is $10 USD.
• Processing Time: All withdrawal requests undergo fraud verification and are completed within 72 hours.
• Optional Earn reserves the right to delay, reject, or forfeit payouts if suspicious activity or rule violations are detected.

5. Referral Program

• You will earn a 5% lifetime commission from the valid task earnings of users who sign up using your unique referral link.
• Self-referral (creating alternative accounts under your own link) is strictly banned and will result in permanent account termination.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if you breach any part of these terms. In the event of account termination due to policy violations, all accumulated coins and pending payouts will be forfeited.

7. Modifications to Terms

Optional Earn reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the platform after updates implies acceptance of the revised terms.
